Entrepreneurship Development -for developing Faculty team from UP:Technical Colleges(Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow) process has set a new movement across the country supported by Government Of India(MOHRD) ,NSTEDB. ASEED -IDMAT made series of such intervention partnership with IED Lucknow. Sultanpur and Lucknow had witnessed  more than 50 such faculty members in two batches .Dr siungh along with Mamta chauhan ,Bibha tripathi from IEDUP LED anchored the course .However Lead role of Prof.Nagendra gave a commplete run of the  maiden design supported by AKTU Lucknow.

Stimulating Excellence and strategic planning workshop fort Agri and technical professionals  Large number of innovative capacity building programmes have been taken up with our IDMAT partnership and other creative learning design . Stimulating excellence for enhancing farmers productivity apex workshop was designed in partnership with Indian Agriculture Research Institute , Division of Agri extension Pusa New Delhi during September 2018 .

Aseed in partnership with IDMAT offered its summer event at Musoorie 2018 summer on organisation development and related sub sector both social and corporate organisation in addition government bodies. (For details may like visit ww.aidmat.com) ASEED-idmat annual summer event has been our core learning  opportunity for several social and corporate bodies in partnership with IDMAT .Government bodies have also been able to take advantage of such an opportunity created by Aseed.  Recent workshop could organise an event at Mussorie  where both strategic planning and Organisation development modules were offered concurrently .More than 24  officers participated the event .

Faculty ,facility and organisation development has been crucial area of our todays transformational India programme. ASEED-IDMAT has already begun working on this direction with concerted focus.Good governance workshop for effective HR intervention was planned for Grameen bank officials in partnership BIRD -Bankers Institute of Rural Development .It was an interesting experience where team of RRB officials had experiential learning workshop led by Mahesh Pathak our  AIDMAT consultant and a former noted banking professional waS associated with AIDMAT . Faculty Development Programme for Technical colleges 

FDP was organised for teachers drawn from different technical colleges .Most of the teachers had exposure  of teaching young students  from their respective colleges .Then mission was to help them explore creative learning design both on pedagogical and technical skills of entrepreneurship .The core point was to encourage them,,inspire and motivate them to reinforce the learning on why youth should step in to entrepreneurial  career.  Series such courses were organised in Uttar Pradesh,NCR region. Aseed -idmat took series of  experiential programme unders upport of DST-NIMIT and EDI patronage across the north Indian states ..It was very stimulating and rewarding experience where more than 100 faculty members were given such training different batches in different locations over 2 years.
