Academic Division

• ASEED develops and delivers business and entrepreneurship programs tailored for youth, equipping them with practical skills, leadership qualities, and management capacity to drive local development. Our intervention at schools’ level and college level. In the last 35 years we have organized series of following academic intervention in several schools different point of time.
• ASEED first phase of its evolution (1991-2000) We introduced our learning intervention Delhi Public School RK Puram, New Delhi & DPS Vasant Kunj New Delhi, Bal Bharti Schools Lodi Road, and many others public and Govt schools in order to experiment with entrepreneurial education intervention to instill its urge amongst students and develop learning material for selective modules. Experiment in Northern India schools during this phase ASEED education programme was also invited in Southeast Asian region (Nepal, Sri Lanka and Malaysia) to train teachers on excellence motivation and creativity.
• ASEED outreach programme conducted series of Teachers Training Programme on Excellence Motivation on Behalf of MARA (Department of Small Enterprise Education ) at Kuala Lumpur Govt of Malaysia for their TALENT Schools principals and teachers

• Inter-school debating and quiz -competition on Entrepreneurship Theme
• Story telling & theatric competition for junior children on “Social and Economic Achievers Journey “Indian and Asian domain”.
• Series of Short duration workshops on theme of “Dream, Creativity and Entrepreneurial Leadership” were conducted in schools for higher class students. Later we developed a very popular learning handbook: Ready Get Set and Go “in English.

Aseed took off the ground with its innovative educational intervention through several short and elongated entrepreneurship training programme for Teachers Orientation Programme and final year students in several technical education institute of eminence like IIT Delhi,Technical Teachers Training institutes (TTI) at Chandigarh and Bhopal in addition to several engineering colleges. These were partly supported by state and central government bodies.

• State Level Entrepreneurship Organizations Faculty Training: ASEED IDMAT conducted series of open workshops for IEDs faculty and several private training consulting bodies. Thus we conducted more than 1100 Entrepreneurship Facilitators across the country over a period of 15 years since inception till 2010.
• ENTERPRISE and Technical Skill Development: Through structured training initiatives, ASEED enhances employability and technical skills among marginalized groups, rural youth, and women. These programs are customized to local needs and market demands, bridging the gap between education and real-world opportunities.
• Capacity Building of Development Organizations: Participatory workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions are central to ASEED’s methodology, ensuring that learning is practical, inclusive, and community-driven. ASEED-IDMAT had begun OD work intervention and staff development mission with large social and development organizations (For example we continued working with Dhan Foundation, Aid International in Asia Pacific, World Vision etc and many other organizations on long term mission for several years across the globe.)
• Integration with Sustainable Development Goals: Educational activities are closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to quality education, gender equality, and economic growth.

Over 36 years, ASEED has conducted more than 1,650 development and educational programs in over 60 countries, impacting thousands of individuals and communities.

• • ASEED’s professional network includes more than 150 development professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of educational and training programs at the community level.
  • ASEED institute has evolved with several Organisations and collaborates with academic institutions (such as Tata Institute of Social Sciences), government agencies, and international partners to maximize the reach and impact of its educational mission.
