The Asian Society for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (ASEED) is a non-profit autonomous body established in 1989 (registered under 1860 Act of Govt of India). It has been evolved for more than 35 years since inception and has expanded its operation on various developmental consulting and training in different Southeast Asian countries. Its mission is to foster indigenous community participation and build capacities for sustainable livelihoods through education, skill development, and community mobilization. It is popularly known as ‘ ASEED-IDMAT Innovative Learning Institute’ with its thematic focus area on development management technology upgradation, tools and methods innovation, in addition to institution development and motivation and human resource learning programmes.

ASEED-GRAMEEN: Works on sector and thematic focused community centric or grass roots initiatives for community and women empowerment etc.

ASEED-IDMAT: IDMAT – Initiating Development Management Technology Focuses on leadership and management training, organizational development, Business Education, IT support & change management interventions Led by Head (Development Programme) managed by of AIDMAT Leadership Academic Council In short it is known as Leadership Academy.

Experience and Reach

  • Over 35 years of experience in socio-economic sectors.
  • Active in multiple states across India and in other South East Asian countries.
  • Has conducted more 6,500 micro entrepreneurs and skill building youth across the country plus more than EMT 2,500 facilitators across the country.
  • Conducted more than 3,550 development programs drawn from over 40 countries.

Aims and Activities

  • Help encourage dignity of labour, self-reliance, business orientation and entrepreneurship as a tool for community empowerment and sustainable development.
  • Facilitate participatory training, human process, competency mapping, individual and organisation management, and capacity building.
  • Engage in research/evaluation/monitoring, Development consultancy and training programs to empower local communities.

Credentials and collaborators /Partners

  • ASEED Institute has developed close partnership and association with several institutions and companies for its operational outreach and consulting outfits in different sectors both in corporate and Grass root activities.
  • Legal compliance credentials –We are registered with Darpan, FCRA ,and Income tax Exemption /GST etc in addition to other welfare schemes of GOI.
  • Our collaborative partnership with IDMAT Services Pvt. Ltd. & BTG continued till date.
  • Members advisory role with Incubation and entrepreneurship innovation council with Engineering colleges Ghaziabad, Meerut and Greater Noida.
  • Our chairman and other stake holders in the Advisory support to several business schools and social organizations in different capacity.
